More than 600 trees will be planted in the Edible Orchard 4.9 acres

The retreat will include a mix of native trees, hedgerows, and shrubs, which will screen the plots and boundaries, will enhance and define public and private areas such as internal roads and provide shade.

Each holiday lodge will include a lawn area with boundary planting and a mix of hard and soft landscaping to the access roads. In terms of species, planting will include Robina, small-leaved Lime trees, and Black Alder with a mix of planting stock to ensure that planting can be established throughout the year.
